Chills my body and soul
Soften my lips
Lighten my hips
Puts my eyes to sleep
My knees go weak
This sweet and peaceful feeling
Is so rich and sweet
I just keep holding

Every time I breathe

My mind at ease

Life can be difficult at times. And then there is this moment when your about to lose it. Your falling apart, breaking down. Then you finally stop and breathe. And next you process everything and evaluate whats to be done next. And lastly you put it into play.
